Part Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions
Any Ghostwriting Agreement between myself (Leo Hunter) and any of my Ghostwriting Clients will be a Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement in the contexts that each Agreement will expressly reflect the specific needs and requirements of each Client (see as listed below by clicking on the Read More button).
Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreements must not be confused in any way whatsoever with any type of Publishing Agreements whatsoever. The Terms and Conditions of any Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement or any part thereof whatsoever will not form any part whatsoever of any part of any Publishing Agreement.

Each Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement is very complex in itself and formulated specifically under a strict non-disclosure clause to cater for private and confidential needs and requirements of each Ghostwriting Client. The private and confidential content of any Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement cannot therefore be disclosed here within these General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions. But these General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions suitably edited as per guidance given in the document titled Ghostwriting FAQs will form part of any Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement.

Leo Hunter will not enter any Ghostwriting Agreement whatsoever with any person whosoever who wants and or insists the proposed and or subsequently written fiction or non-fiction book manuscript should contain anything whatsoever which may be considered by any UK Court to be in any way whatsoever illegal and or unlawful.

Leo Hunter will not enter any Ghostwriting Agreement whatsoever with any person whosoever who wants and or insists the proposed and or subsequently written book manuscript should and or must contain any form of fairy tale and or erotica and or pornography whatsoever.

If any Ghostwriting Client changes their mind after entering Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement to insist the proposed manuscript or any part thereof must take the form of any fairy tale and or erotica and or pornography or contain anything whatsoever which may be considered by any UK Court to be illegal and or unlawful in any way whatsoever then Leo Hunter will terminate the Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement without further notice and the Ghostwriting Client will not be entitled to be refunded any part whatsoever of any fees whatsoever paid to Leo Hunter.

Leo Hunter will waive all rights to be named as the author of the completed manuscript subject to timeously receiving any final payment due from the Ghostwriting Client.

Leo Hunter will write the proposed manuscript in the English language only.

The Ghostwriting Client must pay Leo Hunter timeously at all times as laid out expressly within the Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement.

Subject to Leo Hunter timeously receiving any final payment due from the Ghostwriting Client the Ghostwriting Client will own worldwide copyright over the completed manuscript, which means the Client may then submit the completed manuscript to any publisher for consideration.

These General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions as suitably edited as per guidance given in the document titled Ghostwriting FAQs will form part of any Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement and invalidity of any part whatsoever of the Bespoke Terms & Conditions will not invalidate any other part of the Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement.

It will not be Leo Hunter's duty and or obligation and or responsibility to act as an agent of the Ghostwriting Client to contact any Publisher whosoever on behalf of the Ghostwriting Client.

Force majeure will apply at all times, generally meaning Leo Hunter will not be responsible to any person and or individual whosoever in any way whatsoever for any damages whatsoever caused and or suffered in any way whatsoever due to any act of God whatsoever and or any act of war whatsoever and or any act whatsoever of any hacker whosoever.
Contacting Leo Hunter
To contact Leo Hunter with a view of entering negotiations regarding Ghostwriting, any prospective person whosoever must first :-

Use the email Contact Form on the Contact Us page of this leohunter.co.uk website sent to Services to clearly indicate an interest in entering negotiations to subsequently enter a Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement. They should not give any details of the story they want to be told at this initial contact stage however. Services will then send them a confidential email address via email. The prospective person must then :-

write an introductory email of no more than 200 words to that confidential email address only. They must then :-

only use that confidential email address to send any further details requested by the named contact and enter any subsequent negotiations regarding hiring Leo Hunter to ghostwrite their proposed manuscript.
